Agustin H. Garcia
It is with great sorrow that we announce the "Cowboy" rides away. Mr. Agustin "Big Geno" Garcia, age 68, of Corpus Christi, Texas rode away on October 25, 2021. Mr. Garcia was born August 22, 1953 in Gregory, Texas to the late Fidel Garcia and Cruz Hernandez. He is also preceded in death by siblings, Theresa Hernandez, Fabian Garcia, Janie Fierro and twin brother, Antonio Garcia. He is survived by his daughters & sons; Veronica (Mick) Gill, Sammy Garcia, Cynthia (Rick) Mata, Veronica (Brian) Burlingame, Agustin "Lil Geno" (Ivy) Garcia Jr., Toni (Zach) Zamorano, Annie (Jeremy) Lopez, and AJ Garcia. Brothers and sisters, Fidel John Garcia, Jr., Mike (Bonita) Garcia, Ricky (Cori) Garcia, Sam (Emily) Garcia, Eddie (Shirley) Garcia, Nora (Oscar) Trevino, Wendy (Joe) Ruiz, and Maria (Juan) Hinojosa; 17 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Anyone and everyone who met this "Cowboy" could not help but love his infectious laughter and crazy sense of humor. First and foremost, Geno loved his children and grandchildren! He loved spending time with his family and friends, he enjoyed barbequing, taking his kids fishing but actually hated fishing himself. Geno absolutely loved the Dallas Cowboys even when they were losing, he enjoyed listening to country music and sharing songs with anyone who would listen. Geno was loved beyond words and will be terribly missed.
