Ben David Shipp

Ben “David” Shipp, 62, loving husband, father and Pop was called home on February 4, 2021. He was born on February 28, 1958 to Cecil and Nina Schaefer Shipp.
His final days were spent at home surrounded by his loving family.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother.

Left behind to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 38 years Sandra Shipp of Ingleside, Tx; son, Ben Shipp (Evonne) of Ingleside, Tx; Daughters, Amy Mobley (Zack) of Sumter, SC; Mandy Cruz (Chris) of Portland, Tx, grandchildren Gavin “Dave”, Jordan “JW”, Dustin “Duster”, Bentley “Sprocket”, Eleanora “Big Elle”, Rosalie “Big R”, Gage, and Zeke, two brothers, three sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. He had some very special people that rallied beside him and his family throughout his illness. His sister, Mary Sutton; his brother in law, Jamey Hale (JaeJae); his nephew, William Hale, his bonus son, Joey Vela; and his sister in law, Debra Elwell (David). Their love and support was relentless.
