Carl Wayne Greer

Carl Wayne Greer, 68, entered heaven's gates on November 28th, 2021 in Corpus Christi Texas.

Carl was born on November 28th, 1953 in Corpus Christi Texas, to Haynes Greer and Gertrude Mundine Greer.

Carl graduated from Carroll High School and went to work as an aircraft mechanic at NAS CCAD for 28 years.

Carl married Jasmin Johnson in 1979 and they had three children Christopher Greer, Heather Greer and Jonathan Greer.

Carl Wayne Greer is preceded in death by his parents Haynes and Gertrude Greer, as well as his brothers James (Jimmy), Mark and Paul.

Carl is survived by his children- Christopher, Heather and Jonathan, granddaughters - Hannah and Lily. Jasmin (Jay) Greer and siblings Bernice and Henry, as well as many other family members.

Carl Wayne Greer enjoyed the outdoors, especially the beach and fishing. He was always fixing things and enjoyed getting his hands dirty. He was one of the kindest souls and would do anything to help anyone. Carl was an amazing father and taught many skills to a lot of different people. He was an active member of St. Andrew by the Sea Catholic Church for 35 plus years. Carl Wayne Greer will be missed by many and will always be in our hearts.

There will be a mass dedicated to Carl on Friday February 11th, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. We will have a rosary and memorial service on February 12th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St Andrew by the Sea.

In lieu of a funeral service we will be holding a huge beach party for his memorial during the summer of 2022 where we will send off his ashes into the sea. The date is to be announced.
