Charles David Bozoti, born on April 29, 1961, passed away on September 2, 2022. He was only 61 years old & everyone who knew him is heartbroken he has left us so soon. He was a son, a brother, an uncle & a friend to so many. His heart was big, his nature generous & if someone needed help he was always there to lend a hand.
David enjoyed watching NASCAR, playing online poker, face-timing his sister Denice with silly filters & taking in stray cats & turning them into family pets. He loved his country, respected our veterans & believed you should stand for the national anthem. And he had no problem telling you about his love for the American flag!
David had a calling though, he was a born carpenter & had a talent for building things with his hands. He had a shirt he loved to wear that said " I Turn Wood into Things.. What's Your Superpower?" If he couldn't build it, or fix it he could always order it online! He sure did love his Amazon.
David leaves behind 2 family's & countless friends to cherish his memory. One family he was born to, his loving sister Denice Barrett, her husband Ray, their son Ryan Barrett, their daughter Stephanie Mani, her husband Jack and their children Cameron, Ethan, Kinsley and Colson.. And a 2nd family he was bonded to, Sandra Walch, her children Judy Hildreth, Igor Radulic, Valeri Fagan & the grandkids Blake, Brooklynn & Chloe.
The family would like to thank Dr. Smith and his staff in Aransas Pass for their kindness & help, and all the amazing nurse's and people at Doctors Regional Hospital. ICU nurse's Dotty & Greg, Floor 3 nurses and staff, Alexis, Gabriel, Jon, Airene, Gloria, Karen, Lisette & so many others. The excellent care & kindness they showed David & his family was above & beyond & made this extremely hard time just a little bit easier.
In lieu of a service, the family asks for anyone and everyone whom ever had the privilege of knowing David to tell their loved ones how much they mean to them today! There are no guarantees in life, no assurances that tomorrow will be given to us, so let's celebrate & honor David's memory with hugs & kisses & love!
