Donald Gene (Bell) Bell

Donald Gene Bell, also known by many as Blu or Batman, passed on September 27, 2022. Donald loved the carnival life. He met many friends during his time of traveling the road and had many stories to share of his adventures. He had a gracious heart. He was always helping others, whether it was saving a truck driver from a fire or helping get a heart to a little girl in his job of many deliveries.

He ran the Ferris Wheel at the Fajita Ville in Corpus Christi for three years, and many other Carnivals such as Cumberland Valley Show and Drago. He also enjoyed hard labor and running his own business, Aqua Blu pressure washing.

He was preceded in death by parents, Arlene and Donald Bell, Sisters Diane Hubbs,Pamela Bell,Thomasena Wyinger (Bell), Brothers Lloyd Bell and Michael Bell.

Donald is survived by his wife Star Alva (Bell) and step-son Brennan Miller, step brother Bob Mullenix, sister Martel Marin and daughters Krishane Bell (Pitcher), Katrina Bell, sons Justin Bell, and Levi Bell, Adam and Ashley Johnson (Bell), 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Blu loved to operate at various carnivals and made many great friends that helped support him on his life's journey.

Blu will be remembered by many for the things he liked to do or joke about, to telling stories from the past. Blu will live on in the hearts and minds of the lives he touched.
