Ernestina (Hinojosa) Barrera

Ernestina Hinojosa Barrera 56, of Corpus Christi, TX gained her wings on Wednesday May 18, 2022.

Tina was born in Gregory TX on May 22, 1965 to the late Argentina Hinojosa (Welita) and the late Jose T. Hinojosa (Welito)

Tina is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Alberto Barrera Jr., 3 children her Papasito Lindo Albert Barrera (Veronica Solis) her only daughter Bonnie Barrera (Stephanie Garza) and Momma's Baby forever and her entire world Michael Anthony Barrera. She was a loving Mamaw to her grandsons, Aba Albert Issac Barrera, Big Boy Jordan Garza, Benjamin Mamaw's Benji Barrera, her King Jaydin Barrera, and little King Jace Garza. She leaves behind 2 granddaughters Devon Sandoval and Mia Nevaeh. Tina was the youngest of 12 siblings and a cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother Cecil Hinojosa, grandma Guadalupe Saenz and her beloved parents.

Memorial services will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church Wednesday May 25, 2022. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 12:30 PM followed by a Memorial Mass at 1:00 PM.
