Joe (JP) Walker III departed this life August 19, 2022.
He was proceeded in death by his twin brother, Joe Terry, father, Joe Walker Jr, mother, Marilyn LeFridge, and maternal and paternal grandparents.
As a child, Joe lived in the Dallas area and graduated from Duncanville High School. He was an active member of Bible Deliverance C.O.G.I.C under the late Rev. Samuel Hamilton.
Later in life Joe moved to Corpus Christi, Texas where he met and fell in love with Kelly Turner, they were together for 14 years until his passing. Joe had a special bond with his grandsons, especially Micah. He would see his Papa Joe in the room and everyone else would cease to exist
He leaves to cherish his memories Kelly Turner, extended family, Kalyn Adams and Quenten Adams , grandsons Masyn and Micah Lopez.
He also leaves to cherish his memories great aunts Alberta Yancey of Corpus Christi, TX, Jewel Brown of Victoria, TX, aunts, Jacci Walker Bussey of Dallas, TX and Myrtle Jewel Goodley of Beaumont, TX, sisters Brenda Hughes, Carolyn Ligans, Marine Nero, Liz Holloway, brothers Maurice Nero and Gregory Walker all of Dallas, TX; as well as a host of cousins who were like siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends.
