Juanita Molano Ochoa, 86, went to be with our Lord on May 28, 2021, in Corpus Christi, TX. Juanita was born to Dionicio Molano Benavides and Pilar Zamora Molano on August 21, 1934 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Juanita moved to the United States later in life and gained her US citizenship while working as a beloved cafeteria lady at GPISD. She was married to Efrain Ochoa and they brought to this world four loving children.
Juana is preceded in death by her parents; Dionicio Molano Benavides and Pilar Zamora Molano; son; Jose Ochoa; husband; Efrain Ochoa; brother; Manuel Molano; sister; Aurora Molano Powell; half siblings; Maria Molano Bello, Beatriz Molano Bello, Dionicio Molano Bello, and Leopoldo Bello.
Juana is survived by her children; Fili (Albert) Aleman, Carlos (Chris) Ochoa, Joe (Thu) Ochoa; sister; Adela Molano Valdez; half siblings; Maria Molano Bello, Gloria Molano Bello, Alma Molano Bello, Victor Molano Bello, Jose Luis Molano Bello, Jose Trinidad Molano Bello; along with 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, sister-in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
The service for Juanita Ochoa will be held on June 3, 2021, at 4:00pm at the Immaculate Conception Church in Gregory, TX with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. A funeral mass will take place on June 4, 2021 at 10:00am at the Immaculate Conception Church in Gregory with a committal service to follow at Palms Memorial Garden in Taft, TX.
