Justin Lee Geelan

Justin Geelan, 51, passed away on March 18, 2021, in Fort Worth, TX.

Justin Geelan was born on November 16, 1969 in Fort Worth, TX, to Michael and Cindy Geelan. He then moved with his family to the Albuquerque, New Mexico before landing in Corpus Christi, TX, where he met his spouse, James Garcia.

Justin married James Garcia on August 22, 2017 in Corpus Christi, TX. They shared two dogs together; Leyla and Charlie.

Justin was best known for his love of fishing, hunting, and just being on the water or in the wilderness. Justin also had a deep love for animals and at one time worked at a camp teaching children how to ride horses. He also loved spending time with his family and friends who he loved dearly.

Justin is survived by his spouse; James Garcia; mother, Cindy Geelan; his best friends; Kevin Smith and Debi Summers; and his beloved dogs; Leyla and Charlie.

Justin is preceded in death by father, Michael Geelan.

A memory of life service will be held on April 18, 2021 at the recreational hall at Dick Kleberg park in Kingsville, TX from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Masks will be required while inside of the hall. A meal will be provided after the service.
