Kenneth Phillips Obituary

Kenneth Dean Phillips, 65, of Rockport, TX passed away on March 5, 2026 in Portland, TX.

Born on August 13, 1960 in Mulvane, KS, he was the son of Barbara and Calvin Phillips. He will be remembered for his passion for home projects and fishing, but most importantly as a loving husband to Linda, father to Dustin and Cody, and grandfather of three.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the coming weeks.
