Lenore T. (Holscher) Vega

Lenore Therese Holscher Vega passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 12, 2021 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on May 21, 1942 to Leonard and Rosalia Holscher in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She graduated from St. Benedict's High School and married John Vega in 1964 and had 3 beautiful children. She worked for many years creating beautiful and elaborate cakes and pastries. She was a Kindergarten Sunday School Superintendent for many years at Emmanuel Faith in Escondido California and a Sunday School teacher at Hill Country Bible Church, Austin, Texas. She is preceded in death by her Father and Mother Leonard and Rosalia Holscher and Sister Delores Holscher Thomas.

Lenore is survived by her Sister Rita Wilson, Daughter Nita Martens and Partner Sean O'Donnell, Son Loren Vega and Wife Diane, Daughter Valerie Vega; Granddaughters Christopher Robin Martens and Husband Rob Simmons, Charlize Rogers-Vega and Vivian Rogers-Vega. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family would like to thank the entire staff at The Palms Nursing and Rehabilitation Center who tirelessly took great care of Lenore in her final years of life.
