It is with profound sadness the family of Levi Joseph Riggins of Portland Texas announce his sudden passing on February 13, 2022 at the age of 19.
Levi was born in Clarksville, Tennessee to Jessica Fuoco on December 20, 2002. Although he was born in Clarksville, Tennessee, Portland was his home and where he was raised since he was a toddler. He graduated from Gregory Portland High School in 2021. After graduation, he began working in the hospitality industry and at times held three jobs so he could begin his life on his own. He was a hard worker and was determined to build a good life.
Levi was best known for his love of music and would write and compose his own songs. We feel very blessed to have these recordings to listen to and hear his voice again. Levi was a compassionate soul who loved his momma immensely and would warn you if you messed with him, you would have to answer to his momma. Levi was a twin and always looked out for his brother. His family and friends meant the world to him and we know he is looking over all of us now.
Left to cherish the many beautiful memories of Levi are his mother, Jessica Fuoco, father, Ian Robinson and his stepfather, Jeff Cooper, Brothers, Michael Berry and Elijah Riggins, sister, Dolores (better known as Anna) Robinson, grandparents, Steve and Shelia Poorman, Joseph Fuoco, Aunt, Shelby Poorman, Uncles Daniel Poorman (Megan) and Joey Fuoco (Hope), great-grandparent, Delores Poorman and numerous cousins and so, so many friends.
Waiting for him in heaven are his great-grandparents, Vince and Betty Fuoco, great-grandparents Bill and Mary Ann Collins, great-grandfather Paul Poorman, and great uncle Vince Fuoco.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday February 26, 2022 at 11 AM at Portland First Christian Church at 1103 Lang Rd. Portland Texas.
Immediately following the service, there will be a reception in the fellowship hall.
