Linda Adriana (Salazar) Haggard

Linda Adriana Haggard, aged 73, of Corpus Christi, TX, passed away on November 13, 2024. Born on December 15, 1950, Linda was a beacon of love and generosity throughout her life, always ready to lend a helping hand or share a laugh. Her culinary skills brought joy to many, reflecting her nurturing spirit.

Linda dedicated over 35 years to the hospitality and customer service sectors, where her warmth and dedication left a lasting impact on both colleagues and patrons. Her hobbies, which included cooking, baking, and yard work, were a testament to her active and caring nature. She was a devoted single parent, embodying the roles of both parents and best friend to her beloved daughter, Contessa Ebanks-Lopez.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Otilia Nutter, and her father, Roger Salazar.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Contessa (Robert) Ebanks-Lopez; sisters Rosario Salazar, Amanda Salazar, Mary Maldonado, Violet (Dean) Foltz, and Adora (Mike) Castro; brothers Roger (Kristen) Nutter, Javier Salazar; step-mother Adela Salazar. She leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A celebration of Linda's life will be held at her daughter's home in Corpus Christi, TX, on December 14, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend and share in remembering Linda's remarkable life.
