Maria Isabel (Cantu) Charles

MMaria Isabel Charles, age 51 of Robstown TX passed away on July 23, 2025 surrounded by her loving family at home. Maria was born in Corpus Christi, TX daughter of Andy Ramirez and Eva Vela. Maria married Carlos Charles of Robstown on August 16,1991. Together, Maria and Carlos had 3 beautiful children.

Maria was a caretaker for many years before becoming a stay at home mother and wife. Maria loved to be outdoors having BBQ with family and enjoyed fishing at the beach. She is known for her loving nature and giving soul.

Left to cherish the many treasured memories of Maria is her husband Carlos Charles, her daughters Marsha Cantu, Samantha Charles, and her son Emmett Charles, her grandchildren Zepheryah Avalos, Abbigail Garcia, Aurora Garcia, Emma Avalos, Remington Avalos, Dominic Charles, Kacey Charles. Siblings, Aj Ramirez, Tiffany Grammer, Frank Morales, Eric Morales, Dorothy Vela, Madison Ramirez.

She was preceded in death by her mother Eva Vela, and her grandson, Emmett Charles. Jr.
