Pamela Harper Obituary

Pamela Lynn Harper (Pam)

Pamela Lynn Harper (Pam), 61, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026, after a courageous and graceful battle with cancer.

Born on October 7, 1964, in Butte County, California, to Donald and Alice Morton, Pam was a radiant soul whose life was a testament to resilience, love, and family. She first triumphed over cancer with unwavering strength, gifting her family with precious additional years of her cherished presence. Her spirit never wavered, and her courage through her journey was heroic.  The heart of her home, Pam was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Hebron Harper III, who stood faithfully by her side. She was the proud and nurturing mother to her four children: Bruce Wayne Nelson II, Rebecca Kaye Morton, Anna-Marie Marilyn Harper, and Alicia Cheyenne Harper. The joy of her later years was her beloved role as "Grandma" to Adriel and Azariah Rodil, and her son-in-law, Angelino Rodil.

Pam is also survived by her siblings, Craig Morton and Patty Morton; her sister-in-law, Laura Morton; her nephew, Max Morton; her niece, Elyse Duff; and cousin-in-laws The Atkinsons & Bowie's. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Alice Morton; her oldest brother, David Morton; and her in-laws, Hebron Harper Jr. and Marilyn Johnson.

Known for her sharp wit, strong spirit, and immense loyalty, Pam found simple joy in Disney classics, whose themes of magic and "happily ever after" resonated with her own life. She had a unique gift for making each person feel seen and loved, often showing affection through her memorable and joyful ability to lovingly annoy her husband. Her legacy is one of immense love, incredible strength, and the quiet, powerful magic of a life dedicated to family.

While our hearts are broken, we find solace in knowing her suffering has ended. She will be forever missed, forever loved, and forever our guiding light.

A private family service will be held in her honor.
