Patricia Cox-Farley, 89, passed away on April 16, 2026, in Taft, Texas.
Born on September 17, 1936, in New Albany, Pennsylvania, Patricia was the daughter of Roscoe Cox and Susan Cox. She later married Mike Farley, and together they built a life centered on family and faith, welcoming their daughter, Pamela.
Patricia was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Farley of Taft; her grandson, Christian Farley of Helena, Montana; and her sister, Flo Flynn of St. Petersburg, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mike Farley; her parents, Roscoe and Susan Cox; and her siblings, Bucky Cox, Ray Cox, Roy Cox, and Jean Robinson.
Patricia will be remembered for her deep faith and her years of dedicated service as the beloved "Church Lady" at Our Lady Star of the Sea, where she worked alongside her dear friend, Helen Maingot. She found joy in life's simple pleasures, especially gardening-tending to her plants and weeding, which she often joked was her true specialty.
One of Patricia's most cherished memories was being by her daughter's side for the birth of her grandson, Christian, a moment that brought her immense pride and happiness.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Services will be private. Patricia will be laid to rest next to her parents and beloved husband, Mike, in Dushore, Pennsylvania.
In lieu of flowers, it was Patricia's wish that donations be made to Mike Farley's scholarship fund at Del Mar College or to a charity dear to your heart.
