Reagan left on his final adventure with the love of his life by side on Thursday, May 23rd after a short illness. Left to cherish and honor him are his wife of 43 years, Mary Beth; his daughters and son in laws: Amy & Paul, Kellie and Toby JR; grandchildren: Heather, Gwen, and Gabriel; his sister, Vikki; nephew, Rocky and partner Cheri; nieces: Yevonne and April; and his in-laws that love him as their own and all those that called him Dad.
He is proceeded in death by his beloved parents, Fred and Vera Ross; brother, Fred Ross; sister-in-law and friend, Martha Ross.
Reagan was an artist at heart. His love for photography followed him all his life. He'd always take a moment to capture a picture of all the things and beings he found beautiful. He loved the outdoors and wildlife. He was a hunter in his early years and a fisherman all his life. He built anything his wife and girls asked him to.
Born in Washington state but lived the first half of his life roaming from South Texas to Alaska. Mary Beth finally made him plant his roots in Rockport in 1988 and he has been here ever since. He loved to see and photograph all the local birds, deer, alligators, and reptiles. He always found the beauty in the normal, the things most people missed. Now he can see it all, with the best view. He is missed and will never be forgotten.
