In Loving Memory of Robin Rackley-Gonzalez
Robin Rackley-Gonzalez was welcomed into the arms of her father Jeffery Alan Rackley into Heaven on January 28, 2025, at the age of 34.
Born on July 18, 1990, in Corpus Christi, Texas, Robin was the daughter of Candace Irene Rackley and Jeffery Alan Rackley. She attended Calallen High School, where she excelled in Color Guard, and later pursued her studies in instrumentation at Del Mar College. Robin furthered her education at Kaplan University, focusing on Nursing.
Throughout her life, Robin achieved many remarkable things. She was a loving wife to her husband, Enrique Gonzalez, and a devoted mother to her two beautiful children, Alana and Ricky. She was also a favorite aunt to many, including Kairi, Brandon, Connor, Brinley, and Treyton, and a cherished sister to her brothers, Patrick (Breckyn) and Christopher (Bonnie) Rackley.
Robin had a variety of passions that brought her joy. An avid cat lover, she cherished her beloved cat, Pumpkin, whom she considered her family. Shopping was another of her loves, particularly for jewelry and hats, and gifts for others. Music was an essential part of her life, with favorites like Billie Eilish and NSYNC. Robin enjoyed baking and found even greater joy in dancing. One of her all-time favorites was Tim Burton's original film, "The Nightmare Before Christmas," with Sally being her favorite character.
Robin fondly remembered the exhilarating rides on motorcycles with her father during her childhood. These adventures were filled with laughter and bonding, instilling in her a love for adventure and the simple joys of life. Each ride created cherished memories that she would carry into her own family, sharing the thrill of exploration with her children.
Robin also held a deep love for her mother, Candace, whom she regarded as her soulmate. Their bond was characterized by unconditional support and understanding. Candace was not only a guiding figure for Robin but also her confidante and inspiration. Their relationship was marked by heartfelt conversations and shared laughter, shaping Robin into the loving wife, mother, and friend she became. This profound connection will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
We will always cherish Robin, and she will forever be missed.
