Rockey Lee Grissom
Rocky passed peacefully at home with his family on 3/26/2025 at 4:44 am. Rocky was born to Betty and Don Grissom in Aransas Pass, Texas on October 5, 1951. He went to Big Spring High School and then served in the United States Army infantry. After his honorable discharge, he lived in San Antonio Tx, Round Rock, Tx, then moved back to Aransas Pass and worked as a mechanic, security officer, construction, then became a foreman for a road construction company. Among Rocky's favorite hobbies, he enjoyed playing poker.
Rocky was preceded in death by his parents, Betty (Osterson) and Don Grissom, his first wife Brenda (Moore) Grissom, his second wife Sandra Kay (Massey) Grissom and his grandson, Michael Grissom.
He is survived by two brothers Donald Grissom and Leon Grissom, three daughters: Roxy (Grissom) Hoard (married to James Hoard), Patricia (Grissom) Bacon and Kim (Hargreaves) Subia (married to Ismael Subia), 6 grandchildren: Jacob Grissom, Donovan Grissom, Ami Hoard, Amber Hoard, Ashley Hedberg and Amanda Barrientos, and 16 great grandchildren.
