Rosa Ramos

Rosa M. Ramos, 83, passed away on May 27, 2021, in Corpus Christi, TX.

Rosa Ramos was born on December 8, 1937 in Corpus Christi, TX, to the late Oscar C. Ramos and Otila Quintanilla Ramos. She is survived by her sister Alma Valverde and is preceded in death by her brother Oscar Ramos Jr. and parents.

Rosa had one daughter, Catherine Marie Ramos and three grandchildren, Candace C. Suckey, Harley I. Garcia and Dreamie R. Garcia and four great-grandchildren.

Other survivors include six nieces and nephews, Antonio Valverde III, late Oscar Randy Valverde, Elaine V. Gutierrez, Albert M. Valverde, Monica V. Sanchez and Jacob B. Valverde.

Ms. Rosa Ramos served CCISD for over 27 years and was best known for her Catholic faith, spiritual wisdom and altruistic personality.

The Catholic mass service for Ms. Rosa Ramos will be determined at a later date and time, by the immediate family.
