Shaylene (Wilson) Voigt

Shaylene Wilson Voigt of Corpus Christi passed away July 6, 2022 at the age of 61. She was born July 16, 1960 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Albert H. Wilson and Pearl M. Heslep Wilson.

Shaylene Grew up in Corpus Christi and lived there most of her life. She worked as a manager for both Whataburger and Subway restaurants. She was an area Manager for Texas Star Investments and later became a front-end supervisor for Walmart in Hondo and Corpus Christi, Texas.

Survivors include her children, Troy M. Voigt of Corpus Christi and Courtney M. Voigt (Nate Brabson) of Flour Bluff. Grandchildren, Emsley Stone, Nathaniel Brabson Jr. and Hoit Brabson, all of Flour Bluff. Her siblings, Gary L Wilson Sr. of D'Hanis, Tim (Mary) Wilson of San Antonio, and Rose (Joe) Vavricek of D'Hanis. Goddaughter, Harlie Jo Vavricek of Cedar Creek, TX and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in Death by her parents.

Shaylene will be dearly missed by family and friends. A special thanks to all her friends and fellow Walmart Associates for their prayers, Love and support.

Shaylene's Family will scatter her ashes at a later date.
