Terry D (Wood) Allison

Terry D. Allison (Wood) passed away at age 73 on May 21, 2025 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born in California where she married her high school sweetheart, Jary. They moved to several locations together as he served in the Navy. Places they lived included Maine, Spain, and Maryland. They settled in Texas where she taught in the Orange Grove School district for many years.

Terry enjoyed sewing, crocheting, growing plants, as well as volunteering with her granddaughter's Girl Scout troop.

She is survived by her husband, two brothers and a sister, a daughter and son-in-law, a son, and four grandchildren. Also, one great grandchild with another expected in September. Terry was preceded in death by her parents.

She was a loving and generous soul that will be greatly missed by family and friends.

In keeping with her wishes, no services will be held.

She will be interred at the Coastal Bend State Veteran's Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas.
