In Loving Memory of Thomas Seeber
Thom, a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, passed away on May 3, 2025 at the age of 64. He served his country with honor, integrity, and unwavering dedication, values that remained at the core of his life long after his military service ended.
After his time in the Marines, Thom devoted his life to helping others, first as a paramedic in 911 services and then as an offshore safety coordinator. His career continued to evolve as he became an Advance EMS Coordinator, where he played a vital role in shaping the future of emergency medical services.
Thom's passion for learning and teaching inspired countless students to pursue careers in
EMS. He was proudly known among his peers as one of the "EMS Dinosaurs"- who helped build the systems that save lives today.
Thom's strength and resilience were evident in every aspect of his life. Despite challenges he faced, his love for his family and friends never wavered.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Ramona, and their children Christopher Seeber, James Seeber, Tyson Pitre and wife Jennifer Pitre, and Carrie Ingalls and husband James Ingalls. He also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren who were the light of his life, as well as many friends and family members.
Thom's legacy lives through the lives he touched, the lessons he taught, and the enduring impact he had on the EMS community. He will be deeply missed and remembered.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM at The Coastal Bend Veteran's Cemetery.
