Tina Marie Cox, age 65, passed away on December 18, 2024, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Tina was born on January 3, 1959, in Williams, Arizona to her loving parents Dannie Lee Schulz and Bradford Lee Schulz. Those of us who were blessed to be touched by her existence understand that the imprint she left on our hearts exceeds the quantity of time she had on earth.
Tina Marie was preceded to the gates of heaven by her father and two brothers. She is survived by her mother - Dannie, sister - Roxanne, four children - Dennis, Hunter, Austin, and Madison along with many grandchildren whom she loved beyond measure. Among Tina's most significant accomplishments, becoming a grandmother in 2013 to Miss Penny Gayle, was by far one of the most special moments she had in life. If you knew Tina Marie, you know this to be true.
Her legacy is one of unyielding kindness and generosity. Tina never faltered in caring for her loved ones more than she did herself. Her life served as a testament to her favorite words "I love you more" and "remember who you are". Among all her hobbies, spending time with her mother, Dannie and daughter, Madison was by far her favorite thing to do, regardless of what took place, their presence was enough. Tina was a fighter when it came to her health. Beating colon cancer twice in a 5-year span and never giving up on her faith in the Lord's plan. After battling some health conditions that arose early in 2024, our Heavenly Father has called Tina Marie to come home to the golden gates of heaven.
Tina's wishes were to not have a traditional funeral but to have a celebration of life with the ones she held close in heart, reminiscing on the beautiful life she lived. Her immediate family will be arranging a celebration of life and details will be announced once arrangements are made.
You will forever be in our hearts & WE will always love you more, Tina Marie.
"For God so loved the world that He gave his only son, so that everyone believes in Him may not perish but have eternal life." -John 3:16
