Our Family suffered a great loss on Monday, November 1, 2021. Wanda Rae Cerda born in Welsh, Louisiana, residence of Rockport, TX. gained her wings and went to be with our Heavenly Father in her final resting place. Wanda was a very caring mother and loved her children and grand children and all her family dearly. Wanda has touched the lives of so many with her unconditional love, generosity and kindness. She loved to cook, always was happy to prepare a hot delicious meal for her family, neighbors and friends. She has left some beautiful memories and she will be forever missed.
WANDA is survived by Mona Christiansen - daughter, Brett Christiansen -son in law, Tammie Matthews Challie -daughter, Steve Challie son in law, Farron Mayhugh - son, Angela Mayhugh daughter in law, Keith Mayhugh - son, Kim Mayhugh daughter in law, Charles Mayhugh - son, Kent Mayhugh - son, Laurie Mayhugh daughter in law, Cecil Matthews - son, Janel Matthews daughter in law. Her siblings, Esther 'Tomi' Fontenot, Charles Manuel, Clayton Manuel. Grandchildren, Kenneth Smith, Cecilia McKinnon, Brandon Matthews, Fallynn Dressel, Valerie Mayhugh, Gabriella Mayhugh, Michael Mayhugh, Erica Pianka. Great Grandchildren Laylin Smith, Bethany Dressel, Samantha Matthews, Sophia Matthews, Leo Bloom, Jacob Mayhugh, Kayla Mayhugh, and numerous nieces and nephews, each and everyone held a special place in her heart.
