On Friday July 2, 2021, William Thomas Bishop, passed away at the age of 64. He was born June 27, 1957 in Norfolk, Virginia. He was diagnosed with Stage IV Lung Cancer only four months prior to his passing. He was preceded in death by his father Alfred Warren Bishop and his mother Norma Evelyn Bishop. He is survived by his wife of 39 years Jacqueline Bishop, his brother Edward Bishop, his daughters, Laura Veach and Sara Stuart and his three grandchildren, Dillon, Bradyn and Emmalyn. He was comforted by his loving son-in-laws, Andrew Veach and Robert Stuart. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was known for his spirit and sense of humor. He was an avid fisherman and loved fishing with his wife, daughters, as well as his grandchildren. He was a proud long time professional truck driver for both the Navy Exchange and Conway Freight Company. He loved sports and was a Washington Redskins fan. He is sorely missed by his family and friends. A memorial will be held in Virginia Beach on a date TBD.
